It's summer and it's about time we hit the beach! Have you got that swimsuit that you are dying to wear? You want to be bikini ready for this summer. Here is a way to get flat abs!

Frozen Watermelon Slush - makes 4 glasses

ingredients:
+ 1½ cups cubed watermelon
+ 1 cup sparkling water
+ ½ cup lime juice
+ 3 cups ice
+ fresh mint

Directions: In a blender, mix the watermelon, sparkling water, lime juice, and ice. Pour the slush into glasses, top each one with a spring of mint.
