If you think you have better things to do than worry about your sleep routine, then think again. Bad sleeping habits need to be broken!
Sleeping on your stomach or side. When you scrunch your skin up against your pillow over and over again, it will cause fine lines and wrinkles. Sleep on your back to prevent this problem.
Sleeping with your makeup on. Sleeping with your make up on leaves your skin looking red and cracked in the morning.Your skin would be unable to breathe and it would be difficult for your skin to heal itself.
Wearing too much moisturiser. Excess cream won't absorb deeply enough into cellular tissues. So your skin won't be able to breathe and pores will clog. Your skin can become dry.
Not brushing or flossing. Not brushing your teeth is a bad habit of lots of people that needs to be broken! You are leaving a day's bacteria all in your mouth - which leads to bad breath, cavities and tooth decay.
